TRX-TV

Som ni vet så gillar jag slyngtträning som TRX.

Man kan ju köpa många Tränings-DVD´s med TRX för att få ny inspiration, men om man inte vill lägga massor av pengar så finns det andra alternativ för att få inspiration.

TRXTraining som saluför TRX har något som de kallar TRX-TV där de veckovis lägger ut filmer med tips om övningar. Jag gillar det eftersom de oftast också förklarar varför man skall utföra en viss övning.
